The food is decent, though the service and management do leave a lot to be desired...if you have a complaint I suggest you keep it to yourself...they'll tell you that if you don't like it, go elsewhere...and then don't even offer to fix the problem.
Pizza was grease in a box. The cheese was everywhere but on my pizza. The garlic wings had way too much garlic on them. I stayed up with heart burn and my husband stayed up constipated. The manager called my phone back to back enough times for me to answer abruptly. Only to put fault elsewhere as to why all the cheese fell off my pizza. This was my second time ordering from this place and I don't know which time was worse. My first experience I ordered the fried fish and instead I got fish parmesan. Yes, you read correctly....it had cheese and pizza sauce on fried fish. I told the manager I wanted nothing else from this place and he continued to badger me as if I was supposed to let him make it up. I will z Never order from this place again and I would urge you not to.
They have great sandwiches and wings, but their pizza leaves a lot to be desired.
I ordered from Randazzos today because everyone in my office has been raving about their Panzarotti. I ordered one and it was delicious, but when I opened my wings it literally looked like someone had half eaten my wings. I called the pizza shop back and spoke with “Miles” the manager and he said this is what happens when they toss wings. Needless to say, I will not be returning here nor will my office anymore. I will be filing a complaint with the NJ Department of Health.
Placed an order through grubhub, and after a half hour I received a call from grubhub stating that the order was canceled. It would have been nice to have received a call sooner, and especially from the place itself. Never ordering from there again.
